After Event Registration is complete, you will receive a Registration Confirmation email message which contains the group code to book your room either ONLINE or by PHONE (1-866-678-9653). Thank you for not sharing this code.

Guests may arrive early to enjoy the facilities of the resort by stopping by the front desk for wristbands as early as 1PM (although room check-in begins at 4PM). On the day of departure, amenities may be used until closing (although room check-out is at 11AM).

Late Check-Out available during booking for $49.99/room.

Contact me directly for all cancellations, prior to contacting GWL. There is a $40 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival there is a one-night room and tax cancellation fee. Registration fees are non-refundable; however, they may be transferred to another family or donated to a scholarship family.

COVID Exception: If you have been exposed to COVID-19 and are in quarantine, your registration fee will be transferred to our next trip.
